Answer

The enduring validity of principles in the Magna Carta lies in its foundational concepts, such as the idea that written laws ensure fairness and justice without violating rights (civil law), the notion that everyone, including leaders, must adhere to established rules (rule under law), the understanding that legal documents can endure indefinitely (constitutional law), the recognition that royal decrees imply fundamental rights (jurisdiction), and the establishment of legal precedents through ongoing interpretation to safeguard described rights.
