En effet, elle créa une SARL avec une amie comme associée et dénomma l'entreprise Samboussas -Djib. Elle espère rentabiliser son activité surtout durant le mois du ramadan où ce produit est très prisé. Pour attirer la clientèle de son concurrent. Amran a eu l'idée d'utiliser le même logo que la SARL Djib -Samboussas. En plus de cela Amran décide de propager des fausses informations sur le marché en faisant croire aux clients que les produits de Djib-Samboussas sont de mauvaises qualités. Les propriétaires de Djib. Samboussas constatèrent après une courte période une forte baisse de leur chiffre d'affaires et que leur notoriété a été détruite. Ils ont remarqué que les agissements de la nouvelle entreprise, la SARL Samboussas-Djib était à l'origine de ces pertes. Ils décident d 'entreprendre une action en justice pour faire cesser les agissements de leur concurrent.
