Answer

Overcrowding, Multiple stresses within the family

Explain

Child abuse is a tragic event that invariably leaves lifelong psychological effects. There are many causes of child abuse, many of which are related to the environment the child grows up in. Here we are given three choices and are tasked with selecting two of them that would contribute to increasing the chances of child abuse. Firstly, "Overcrowding", this can increase stress levels and friction in households, resulting in maltreatment of children. Next, "Multiple stresses within the family" would obviously increase the chance of child abuse as heightened levels of stress can result in impulsive and malicious attempts at discipline. Lastly, we have a "Caring environment". A caring environment typically leads to reduced likelihood of child abuse since child abuse tends to occur more prevalently in situations where there is negligent or deliberately harmful care.
