Answer

The Sun

Explain

Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other autotrophic organisms to convert light energy, usually from the Sun, into chemical energy that can be later released to fuel the organism's activities. Plants and certain other organisms transform sunlight into glucose and oxygen through a process called photosynthesis. In simplest understanding, light from the sun gives plants the energy they need to carry out the processes of life. This process takes place in the chlorophyll of plant cells, which gives plants their green color.
