Answer

Circulatory system

Explain

Hormones are a type of chemical substance produced by glands in an organism's endocrine system. Every hormone has a destination organ or cells purposefully termed as its target receptors meant to receive these hormones where binding occurs to allow a set of responses or changes to occur. The transportation of these hormones through the body happens via the circulatory system. The circulatory system carries the produced hormones from the glands to various parts of the body via the blood. Then, the dissolved hormones in blood plasma bind to specific receptors at these target tissues/organs, causing the activation of specific responses and hormone functions.
