Answer

B Carbohydrates

Explain

Out of the options provided, Carbohydrates provides the most energy to our body principally. Carbohydrates have a more efficiencies and faster in the energy-splitting process compared to Fibre and Vitamin C. Therefore, although Fibre (Option A) can indeed provide energy, the relative speed and efficiency by which our body absorbs and uses Carbohydrates makes it the correct answer. Similarly, Vitamin C (Option C) is just a type of Vitamin which helps the body form and maintain connective tissue, including bones, blood vessels, and skin. Therefore it's not primarily considered as an energy provider for the body in comparison to Carbohydrates. Therefore, while each of these nutrients has its unique benefits, Carbohydrates (Option B) is known to provide our body with most of its energy.
